8th of Dec I've placed an order for One of the Sothis sets, for few days I didn't get 1 email with any confirmation of dispatch or so. After week of waiting and calling I manage to receive an information over the phone it was send 'yesterday' (so after about 8-9 days?!?). It came to the post office the 20th, so the paper set was just put to the soft big envelope so it was all banded and ruined and cream tubes was flying around obviously. I may put it on twitter, as it's a nice example of online shopping. Couldn't be bothered to go and sent it back, I'll just save myself all the stress. I never leave any feedbacks, but this time I just had to. NEVER EVER had such a bad customer service, and would never go there if that's how they treat their customers spending their money in there. Firstly I managed to get a cancellation appointment today with discount! Then when I got there and explained my water retention in my legs and feet from being 38 weeks pregnant - Abbie completely changed what had been booked to accommodate. My treatment was lovely!! Such a relaxing spa - I would highly recommend especially Erin! The spa is spotless! Not over-priced. Great selection of treatments. Fab themed rooms and the pedicure massage chairs rock! Friendly staff who are excellent at what they do! Easy parking. Delicious lattes - good choice of beverages. I have just had the most incredible spa day with the girls at Abzolute! From start to finish I felt welcome, comfortable and mostly in a state of zen! Started with a Hanakasumi... was like floating on a cloud ... amazing smells from all the wonderful lotions and the most wonderful foot massage ... divine!! Followed by a lash lift, tint and eyebrow wax and tint... results far better than I expected and fella even noticed... score!! Finished off by a spa mani / pedi ... again ridiculously relaxing and wonderful results. All the girls are polite and friendly and I had some great chat. Time just flew by. Very disappointed. Booked an appointment for my mum's birthday for a massage, and she turned up and was turned away. They said they called the house and her mobile, as well as e-mailed us to let us know that the appointment which we booked was no longer available... We didn't have a single e-mail or call. We visited Abz..olute Beauty Spa at Easter for my cousins hen weekend and cannot recommend this spa highly enough. Not being from Aberdeen we had no idea which spa to book and it was definitely a great decision to come here. The facilities, surroundings and therapists were fantastic and so friendly. A buffet style lunch was provided for us which was of a high quality and the chocolate fountain was delish! A big thank you to Abbie and her team for giving us such a fantastic afternoon.Read Less

What an amazing spa this is. We booked in for my sister in laws hen do, we all had such a fab time in the hot tub with our champagne. We all then had individual treatments, i had a facial and a manicure. I was really impressed with how proffesional all the girls were, they really made our experience special and was the perfect start to our day!! I now use abzolute for all my waxing and eyelash tinting every month and have treated myself to a couple of massages which i would reccomend anyone to try, very relaxing.
