Absolutely never again. I've been going here for over two years. I made this appointment two weeks ago when I was at my last appointment. I arrived at 1:50 for my 2pm appointment. At 2:10 my tech comes over to say she can't do my appointment that her sister is having a baby. They put me in a bowl and say someone will do my pedicure. By the time they figure it out the water is cold. Next this tech tells me she doesn't do fills. At 2:35 my tech finally leaves the building. Yep ...enough time that's least my fill could have been done. my pedicure is completed after the refill the water. Then I sit 30 mins under the dryer while they continue to debate on who is going to do my fill. It's now 3:28. After all the confusion I finally I'm getting a tech. Very in professional and I will not be back. I spend too much money to be treated with such disregard. This is how you treat repeat customers, you can count me out. The ladies in the salon were great good customer service.....but prices are vague and way higher than any nail salon I have ever visited and I’ve had my nails done since I was 19 I don’t have tips I have them do my actual nails and bc I went dipped with glitter no color I was charged 55$ Never again will I visit This establishment nor recommend them to anyone Read Less

Visited today on the recommendation of a friend. I asked for an American dipped nails but received French instead. Nails are full of noticeable bubbles. One hand is round and the other is square. It was just a bad experience all around. I should have spoken up but honestly I just wanted to be done. Not worth $50. Would not recommend and will not be returning. Read Less

The wait time was 45 minutes on pedicure after they put me in cold water and I kept complaining they realized something was wrong with their hot water heater. The people I came with were finished 1 hr and 15 minutes before me and we all started at the same time and got the same services. They were not capable of the design I wanted, my nails are uneven and not scultpured the same, yet they still charged me and told me to come back the next day and they would fix them. Need...less to say they still charged me for them. I had an appointment and did not have time to wait to speak to the owner so I called back and they told me she wasn't their. They would not help me in any way so I called the Hot Springs location and spoke with the owners sister. She said she would have her call me. I absolutely love Chic Nails! I've been going here for shellac manicures, pedicures, & eyebrow waxing for a little over a year now. Their selection of polishes is bigger than I've ever seen. I have been here several times for a pedicure and it always takes AT LEAST two hours for me to get in and out. Getting a pedicure is something I like to do for myself--my one little treat of relaxation time. It really ruins it for me when I have to wait an unnecessary amount of time because workers are talking, texting, stopping to take phone calls, etc. Today it took 45 minutes just to remove the shellac that was already on my toes. The visit before this, it took over 2.5 ho...urs before my pedicure was finished. I have been to countless other nail salons, I always get shellac, and it NEVER takes this long. My sister simply says she just doesn't go to Chic Nails for a pedicure if she has anything at all planned for the day, because it takes so long to get in and out. To me, that is completely unacceptable and it's poor customer service. I pay $55 for a shellac pedicure and I am a regular customer who tips over 20%. I was in search for a safe nail salon with professional service, so I could get a pedicure done. I googled "safe nail salon in local area" and Chic Nails appeared as #1, so I gave it a try. I was greeted by the receptionist, who was very nice and professional. I didn't have to have an appointment, I was seated within 5 min of entering. I was very pleased at all of the clean and sterile items that was being used to keep the customer safe and to see the techs working with gloves on, made me even happier. I met my nail tech Kelly and she did an amazing job! She was very sweet and courteous, she also gave recommendations of how to properly take care one of my nails that was damaged by another nail shop. My experience was great and very relaxing. I've been several times but will not be back. The atmosphere is nice and they do a good job but they are very inconsiderate of your time. Taking personal calls (completely stop doing your nails), conversing amongst each other, texting, face timing etc. Its fine to do all those things as long as it's not preventing you from doing your job. In their case, none of them know how to multi task so they shouldn't at the expense of providing satisfactory customer service. Also, they very clearly treat customers different.
