Yesterday I went to Perfect 10 Mall of Africa and the service I received was below standard and my nails look like they were done by some amateur from nowhere. The person who did my nails did not even bother to use the lamp to ensure that my nails dry quickly. When I asked about the spray freeze thing she simply said they don't have it. Why was the lamp not used? I left the shop with nails which were not dry and she said I should give it 10-15 minutes but still they were not dry. When I went to car the nails got ruined as I tried to put my bag down and driving was a nightmare. My nails look terrible. I have never received such service at the Irene Perfect 10. Therefore, I want my nails done again or refund.

I'm so upset and angry and extremely sad. Today i decided to treat myself to a manicure at Perfect 10 in Clearwater Mall. Perfect 10 is expensive and looks pretty decent... at least that's what I thou...
I'm so upset and angry and extremely sad. Today i decided to treat myself to a manicure at Perfect 10 in Clearwater Mall. Perfect 10 is expensive and looks pretty decent... at least that's what I thought. I went in and politely asked if i needed an appointment, which i was looked at strange and told to sit down she will be with me in 10 minutes. I left to go to Clicks next door and came back. I STILL had to wait which was fine. I was then greeted with poor and slow attitudes.... *not to mention two employees were sitting doing each others nails instead of helping incoming customers. I wanted tips with gel. Which reads R360 if I'm not blind. She asked me what i wanted and i showed her a very basic picture of a nude coffin nail using GEL. I scratch my cuticles so they're pretty rough and sorta nasty, but it's a habit I'm trying to shake. This was frowned upon. She proceeded with my tips and then asked me again what i wanted. Shaping my nail would push the price up to R430. To FILE a damn nail. Seriously? At this point i was pretty annoyed with everything. I agreed for her to do my R430 shape. After the nail application before she even started filing she told me gel was gonna add up to R580. WTF?! Tips and Gel working out to be R600? Why the hell do you have a pricelist if you can just adjust to your mood? At this point i had to decide whether i was gonna eat for the rest of the month or get my nails done. I walked out after having to pay R180 for the shit i got. Perfect 10 will never see me again. Pathetic. Pathetic. Pathetic. See More

The nails that gave a friend a facial were so long it was stomach turning! At Celtis Ridge #Im_perfect 10 ! How does the management entertain this! Mngtment of @Imbalie not traon appropriately.... although it was contested... it came down to power n money... n still charged for over 3 treatments and stated it is for two only!

Terrible Service, I can not believe how badly I was mistreated by an eyelash specialist at Mall of Africa. Initially Nozipho did my eyelashes and they all came off within two days. I called and complained but she was going to be on leave when I came back from travelling so I had to wait till she gets back which was already an inconvince for me. I ended up going there yesterday for her to redo them and she was the rudest person I met in my life. I arrived on time for my app...ointment and they had to call her out many times before she attended to me. When she did she left me in the room for 10 minutes with no explanation, when she arrived she stoop in a corner, folded her arms and began questioning me as to why they fell off. I had already explained that they started falling off before I even got home that day and I had not rubbed them or anything. She was shouting at me and we got into a big argument because she kept insisting that I was lying and that I have done something wrong. I am extremely angry and disappointed with the service level. Till now I have not received any kind of apology. Although they redid my lashes which are already falling off btw, I would never advice anyone to go there. Professionalism is non existent there. Perfect 10 Pavilion!!!! I would not even rate this place a one but I had to just like I had to endure the most disgusting and unprofessional service recently. I was attended to by the most unfriendly and moody nail technician. She then started filing away with no care to the point that my cuticles started bleeding and burning. I asked her to sort it out as there was blood on my fingers and the files and she replies to me that she has already started and I must just wait!!! Sh...e then completely botched my gel overlay and blamed me for chosing the wrong colour- which is hilarious because it was chosen for me by her manager. I have all the pictures to prove this. Before leaving I had to speak to the manager who stood there dumbstruck and didnt say a word. Being a busy mum and leaving my babies for a small mani treat to support this pathetic business was the worst decision ever. I cannot believe that all this went down while a manager was present and she didnt even contact me or speak to me while I was there. I was in no way rude and was very saddened to have had to complain but sometimes enough is enough. Ladies be careful of this branch as I believe that some of these ladies aren't even fully qualified to attend to you. Dont waste your time and money at this branch See More

Advised me to go to Clearwater Mall maybe they can help ????? WTF!!! This after the appointment was confirmed and they knew I was on my way...

Absolutely disappointed in your service,I think you forget you are not doing me a favour I am a paying customer...How can I make an appointment and double check twice to see if my appointment is there yet when I get to your shop I am told there is no appointment,whose problem is that?to top it off I am told to come back a bit later and when I do I am told there is still no space for me yet I had made the appointment!there was no solution provided and I had to leave...pathetic service will not be recommending anyone there after today

Good Day. I recently went to Perfect 10 at the Mall of Africa after I complained about the service my niece and I had initially experienced. I would like to send an email to say Thank You to Cindy and Pretty, they re-did my nails and my 10 year old niece's nails and we were pleasantly pleased with their effort and kind attitude. Thank you Perfect 10 Mall of Africa.

My friend got me a birthday voucher last month from the branch at mall africa, went to redeem to voucher at Placecol (its closest to my house) only to find they gave her a voucher which has already been redeemed. We went back to the store and the manager gave us a new voucher and assured us everthing was fine. I went then went to get a manicure at Placecol, I tell them am using a voucher and when they check the new voucher, it was not loaded, so I had to pay out of my own pocket. I now have to go to the store again, to get a refund. Such an inconvenience!

Yesterday I went to Perfect 10 Mall of Africa and the service I received was below standard and my nails look like they were done by some amateur from nowhere. The person who did my nails did not even bother to use the lamp to ensure that my nails dry quickly. When I asked about the spray freeze thing she simply said they don't have it. Why was the lamp not used? I left the shop with nails which were not dry and she said I should give it 10-15 minutes but still they were not dry. Perfect 10 is expensive and looks pretty decent... at least that's what I thought. Terrible Service, I can not believe how badly I was mistreated by an eyelash specialist at Mall of Africa. Initially Nozipho did my eyelashes and they all came off within two days. I called and complained but she was going to be on leave when I came back from travelling so I had to wait till she gets back which was already an inconvince for me.
