When I got home, I saw the MASSIVE gap that was cut in my hair at the back. The hairdresser went almost 10cm shorter than asked. By far the worst haircut I've ever seen anybody do. The ROYAL treatment. If ever I was treated like a princess it was when I went to stylz. Wow what an amazing treat it was. I have not had my hair done in over a year as I have never left a hairdresser completely satisfied. Yes my hair was split dead and dry. I'm a single mom with 2 girls and have not felt as welcomed at stylz as i did this past weekend. ... My girls were seen to by their stylists both got to choose a lolly and were taken for their hair giving me a good 45min of me time. I loved every moment. The honesty of my stylist Liz who said the style I liked would not really complement my features. I am so greatfull as with most places the stylist does what you say and it never looks like the magazine you picked it from. I loved the scalp massage and my massaging chair. I loved that my kids wrote not made to sit quietly in a corner by were asked for ideas an thought. I love that I was offred the most delicious coffee. WHAT i love MOST is walkig out loving my hair. ¤I asked for a little natural sun-kissed highlights and got half a head of them- gone from brunette to blonde and there are a few not-so natural looking white/bleached streaks ¤ I asked how long it would take to do a wash, cut and highlight when I made the appointment, they confirmed an hour and it took 2hrs 15min.( I honestly have only had highlights done once before) ¤ I was charged for a head mask I didn't ask for nor knew about till afterward ¤ my hair feels like straw an...d struggle to put a brush through it when wet which never happened before ¤ I had to pay for it all even when I was upset with a "free blowdry the next time I come in" why not give me a free discount then??? Coloured my hair at Bia. SO happy and such a nice lady. We laughed a lot, and she did a very good job with my hair and did exactly what I wanted. So good! Cut my mom's hair and she was also very happy! Beverdine was the assistant and thought she was very great and massaged my head like a star.
