This place is rediculous. I got the powder dip, apparently you get charged to get that taken off, gotten it more than 10 times and this is the first time I’ve ever gotten charged. Their “manicure” is only a cuticle cut, and suppose to be a hand massage. I didn’t receive the hand massage. Which is also $15 extra. Called I assume the manager and all he could say was sorry. Didn’t even try and fix it. The lady who did my nails was very sloppy. Not pleased at all regardless of how busy they were getting, to pay $50 is a lot for a manicure. I am absolutely in LOVE with this place! I was recommended here by a friend for the eye lash extensions. Not only am I obsessed with my lashes, which are each glued on individually to prevent your real lashes from falling out, but the service here is top of the line. In the past month I have been here three times and each time have had exceptional service. The prices are very comparable to other nail and spa places around.The nail specialists all very friendly and outgoing, making my experiences here very comfortable and welcoming.
