Very poor service. Had bought a both gown from them at Mother’s Day and haven’t received it till now. Then they offer me treatments for amount I spent, I have been messed up with times and eventually gave up. For me Langaro is synonymous with Chantal! Since we came here, 4 months ago,I've been going to her once a week because I had chronic pain in my right shoulder. Chantal is brilliant because she doesn't just give you the best massages ever. She really knows how the muscles and the body works! I've stayed at some of the worlds best hotels and I have never met a better massage therapist than Chantal! Neither me or my fiancé can imagine going to anyone else for massages ever again. I was lucky to get a booking at such short notice (the night before), for early morning wax and manicure/ pedicure. From the moment I entered I felt at ease. This is my first experience on a holiday having such treatments so was a little nervous. The staff were incredible friendly and helpful. The lady who waxed me was very knowledgeable about hair follicles, waxing technique and after care. She has made me rethink the way I've been waxed for the last few years! I'm 6 days f...rom seeing her and can't believe the difference. The nail specialists were great and gave advice on long lasting varnishes and we're careful to avoid a injury I have to be foot. I was so happy I visited again on my trip for a full body massage. Each member of staff I had the previous visit remembered me and said hi.
