I've been having my LCN nails done by Zoey for the last 6 months.... Zoey is an absolute sweetheart and brilliant with my nails. I will trust no one else. But. The LCN colours don't seem to be a priority for the salon. Colours are very limited and outdated. Very disappointing. Read Less

"You can judge a book by it's cover, and a beautician by her tools and equipment". I had an appointment yesterday, but due to more than one reason, decided not to go through with it. A choice between Royal Red or Royal Red gel, dirty gel containers, and quite an attitude from Management because according to them, just pick another colour! My husband bought me a treat for a massage and nails by you on my birthday and i have never received such poor treatment! The therapist was late, rude and did a shocking job! My nails were the wrong colour, untidy and peeling off after just one day. On top of that the therapist proceeded to put the fan on during my massage after telling her numerous times i was cold, her response was "but i am hot". My husband was so thoughtful and what a disappointing "spoil" I had. I have called to speak to the manager and all that I received was a sign and the response that there wasn't one. I have emailed & phoned countless times & have yet to get a response from the manager about the poor service I received here. My therapist was close to 30 minutes late because she was shopping, filed my finger to the point of it bleeding, did a very poor job on my nails (uneven, bubbles, untidy, thick) & then put up a fight when I asked her to fix them.
