This place does not even deserve a star rating !!! I had the worst experience in this place which oddly enough misleads people into believing that they are actually part of the Imbali group when they ARE NOT. Guys please note the "Royal" in their name which mischievously disassociates them from the well renouned brand created by Dream Nails. This is some small fly by night salon that is owned and managed by a women that is notoriously rude and arrogant in the manner in which she speaks to customers and deals with queries (obviously first hand experience). Their products are of substandard quality and their service level is even worse. Don't waste your time or money by going to this dirty establishment that offers no class, cleanliness nor the level of experience that is deserved for the price you pay!!!!! Read Less
