I called in to make an appointment and the Indian receptionist was extremely rude to me and was screaming in the background to her colleague while still on the phone with me. When I went in to get my nails done - no one had spoken to me and walk in customers were served before me. I waited over half an hour to finally get my nails done. I unfortunately cannot remember the names of the staff but I will recommend the white lady who actually did do my nails, she is very pleasant and efficient - but I will still never go back there to have anything done due to the bad service and attitude to the lady I spoke to initially.
