Extremely disappointed with the quality of the customer service I received. Firstly, I arrived 30mins early for my 10am appointment and they were still closed (despite the website trading hours which state operating hours from 9am to 5pm). Upon my arrival staff were all gathered outside and told me they will call me once they are open. 30 minutes later I still had not received a call. I went back and the owner, very rudely, wanted to move my appointment. No apology for the delay caused by them. After disputing a change in my appointment, I was assisted. My eyelash technician was the least friendliest person I've ever met and was unprofessionally on her phone THE ENTIRE TIME! The phone was literally next to my ear buzzing and beeping until she also made a call whilst doing my treatment. To my shock and horror, Fancy Claws was not what I expected and actually there is nothing fancy about them! My eyelashes were very poorly done and for the price I paid, I really didn't feel like a valued customer. Read Less
