The best place to ‘chill’ and unwind while being pampered to the max. Wonderful and professional staff. A lovely hot something to sip and savour. A special shout out to Bahle, Yash and Ivana (spelling?). All the best for the future, Kalai. Definitely worth a visit.

My sis-in-law (The client)booked an appointment at Perfect10 Ballito. Was halfway though her nail treatment.. the therapist was instructed by the owner Kalay Moodly to attend to another client that they had booked at the same time slot. My sis-in -law complained about this. & Kalay Miodley was rude & arrogant and tried to make it the clients problem. Never going back there.

I went for a quick gelish manicure and I usually do a bioscalpture manicure at Placecol with Princess but it was fully booked. My manicurist was Zinhle and she was so unwelcoming. Just started doing m...
I went for a quick gelish manicure and I usually do a bioscalpture manicure at Placecol with Princess but it was fully booked. My manicurist was Zinhle and she was so unwelcoming. Just started doing my nails assuming to know what I want and I had to ask what she was doing and she did the opposite of what I booked for! Then she left to do another client and was left with a trainee where she had to re-do my nails twice. So unimpressed with service received from a return customer. Going to have to change where me and my family get our nails done
