If I could rate zero I would. I've been there twice now. First time felt very rushed. I purchased a voucher for my sister in law. When she booked, she received less than the amount I loaded. I even queried the voucher when I booked as no amount was stated anywhere. The second time was extremely rushed. Firstly the team weren't accommodating to my queries. A friend was joining me, but wasn't familiar with sandton. Our intention was to sit together for our pedicures, and the team placed me by myself. I insisted that we wait for two chairs. They informed me that if we want to sit together, my friend would have to wait for the chair next to me. We reluctantly agreed. And my friend waited for 45 minutes. Thus our treatments weren't happening at the same time. Additionally most of the fans that dry the lacquer weren't working, yet the therapist insisted that they were working. This service is extremely expensive. One expects a high end service, but it's just a factory that gets as much people in and out as fast as they can.

This place is AMAZING!!!! They have a girl rollerskating in front of the store dancing to their very cool music. I went to the Sandton City store and the V&A Waterfront Mall store- INCREDIBLE! Totally different from anything else in South Africa!!!! I'm from the Upper West Side in Manhattan; I felt like I was back in NY! I don't even see places like this in New York actually. The services for men & women are excellent, therapists are so professional, the products they use are really good!! I'm telling everyone about this place! SOHO SOHO SOHO

I have been going to SOHO Nails Waxing Beauty since 2016 and the wonderful nail professionals have transformed my nails into something to behold. I no longer have weak, brittle nails but hands I can be proud to show off. The ladies are so professional, kind and caring. The salon has a great vibe .

Horrible service. The lady who did my nails was rude. There's cockroaches in their salon. I got acrylic nails done there exactly one week ago and one has already broken off. On top of all that, they look so unprofessional! My friends don't believe me when I tell them I paid R430 for nails that look like this

Staff were really friendly and paid a lot of attention to detail. The supreme pedi was amazing and my manicure was absolutely fabulous. Definitely recommend coming here when in Johannesburg.

If I could rate zero I would. I've been there twice now. First time felt very rushed. I purchased a voucher for my sister in law. When she booked, she received less than the amount I loaded.
