Horrible!! 1. I showed her a style she said at the beginning she was able to do it and half through she admitted she didn't know what she was doing ... so ended up playing $50 for a horrible pink and white set and that was just for my mother in law and my set is plan pink and white set and I got charged extra for having "longer style " it's not even half a inch longer then normal length and $10 more for gel top coat ... may I add she didn't bother to tell me until after she swiped my card ... so a $100 for two messed up basic pink and white sets ... never going back Read Less

There is a lady who likes to make false accusations about all the lovely ladies at classy nails. Then delete a comment I left on her post. So I am leaving it here. I think these ladies are amazing, who work so hard to do a great job. I was there that day as well with my whole family. The minute sandy came in, she got me in a chair and did my nails. My family and I have been going there for years and they are always busy ( must show a good sign, that people always come back ...) and they always handle it awesome. They never have people waiting for long times. The only other child there that you want to say was running around acting crazy is my daughter, and they all know my daughter by name there ( they are very personable ) and my daughter went in and got her a lolli pop like she always does, and sat down and waited for her nails to get done as well. So for you to sit here and say that they wold ever disrespect you or your kids and tell you to not bring them back is absolutely crazy. They love all kids and make them feel such as welcome. We were all sitting next to you guys, and Sandy did my nails and stopped to paint your nails with the heart designs you chose on your nails. You never once said there while you were there that you did not like them or complained that they treated you guys in any way wrong.....they did your nails just like the picture you showed them. So if you want to go on someone's Facebook just to write a bad review for the attention, you might want to rethink trying to hurt or ruin someone, this is their business. This is how they make their money for their families. Go somewhere else if you were treated so badly. But next time, make sure there wasn't a whole family there who could prove that you are here to just get attention. Will not be going back!!!!! Not only did they tell me that I couldn't be on the phone with my husband ( I pay my phone bill not this establishment) but they let these ladies let their kids run around the place no problem but the second my infant son and my little sister's infant daughter start to cry they also tell us not to bring our kids with us next time... I have brought all my kids with me to get my nails done as infants and have never been that disrespected in my life.... Then when my older sister and I take both babies and leave even though my older sister's nails were not dry enough they continue to tell my younger sister not to come back with the babies and not to be on the phone and they didn't even paint the whole nail on any of our fingers and ended up charging us 55 dollars all together when we all got basic nail polish and my little sister was the only one with designs on her nails. Hope they enjoy my review and if it gets removed I'll go to Google and write one there where it can't be removed. To the lady writing false reviews: I was there that day, I was there with my sisters and cousins and they handled the crowd like rock stars!!! My sister and cousin were sitting right next to you all and the comment that was made was that maybe the smell was bothering your newborn! There was not any rude comments made! We were all sitting around there and the only other child that was in there was my niece and she was not running around!
