I started going to Diamond Nails because I started a new job and it's on my way home from work. I have been a total of 3 times. I have yet to be spoken to other than something to the effect of "sit in this chair", we just sit at the table in awkward silence. Today I walked in to two manicures ahead of me and a pedicure in progress. After waiting a few minutes, the person receiving the pedicure asks, "can I just pay, I have to leave". The man who was supposed to be tending to ...her was rummaging in the back room, and apparently had been for some time, but quickly came back as soon as the woman asked to leave. He finished working with her as I sat at the table with my hands soaking. I watched the woman who directed me to sit down and trimmed my nails get up and start cleaning the facility, paying no further attention to me. Three people came in the door after I did, and the manicurists began working on two of them while I continued to be left unattended. It was only when I got up and asked to pay for what had already been done that they said "it's your turn" to which I replied "it was actually my turn two clients ago". The people coming in after me were obviously regulars, as they were chatting and on a first name basis with the staff. The staff responded with "these people have been waiting longer than you", which, was obviously false because I watched them come through the door and sign in. They are %100 the same people I go to everytime I go to get my nails done. They did my wedding nails which turned out perfect. Always friendly faces and wonderful family owned business I will always recommend them to anyone who asks.Read Less

been there 5 times. every time the quality has gone down. this time they redid my polish ( gel) cause they made it lumpy , and it's even worse. now I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. never again. they look horrible. Read Less

I had an appointment set for 2 pm. I had an overlay on my real nails which needed to be taken off before I got a full set. I waited about 10 minutes before I actually sat down at a station. The person who started my nails wasn't the tech I had the appointment with. The tech I had an appointment with was working on someone when I arrived. Then...after that customer was finished he worked on another customer who initially was supposed to get two nails repaired however ended up... getting a fresh new full set. I was very upset at this point. Luckily I had nothing planned, however it was no point in making an appointment if the tech I made appointment with was not going to take me at my appointment time. Quan and Minnie are the best! The salon is by far the cleanest and has the best ambiance. Not to mention my nails always look great. They're may be a wait at times- but I truthfully believe it's because of how many people come here because the work is so good. They definitely have my loyalty. Also, they have a great way of making me feel like I'm part of the family. Honestly coming here isn't going to get my nails done, it's like hanging out with my friends. Leaving with bomb ass nails is just a plus hahahah. Diamond nails is where it's at! Read Less
