Definitely not going back there. Walking in one expects quality and customer service. What I got was shocking. A number of rude ladies shouting over each other and clients. They didn't have enough uv lamps so technicians had to scramble and take turns. Some of the lights had to be smacked to get them to work. At one point one of the other technicians needed the uv lamp and she asked the technician who was doing my nails if she could take the lamp. All this is happening while my one hand is still curing. Next thing the technician doing my nails responds "don't ask me for the lamp. Ask the client" she seriously told her colleague to ask the client for the lamp. I was gobsmacked, I tell ya. They didn't have enough products. Halfway through getting my nails done I was told that the colour that I wanted was finished. I mean, they could have checked that before they started applying it on my nails. Every one was screaming "who has the Base? Give me the base" "give me the lamp" "this is not your lamp" "I took this lamp from Ausi Mpho so I'm returning it back to her, you can borrow it from her" "Haisuka this is not your lamp either, just pass it when you're done. My client is in a rush" At some point they were throwing things to each other. Gahd, I felt like I should have just stayed at home. The space is all squashed. The ladies are loud and rude to each other and to the customers. They say they have gel but it's actually gelish. So gelish that they put acrylic before the gel paint so that their so called gel can last longer, they say. They're overpriced, they only take cash, don't do it. It took four and a half hours to get a pedicure, "gel" on my toes, tips on my hands with the acrylic layer and some gel colour too. An entire four and a half hour's dude!! If something takes long and it looks exceptionally good then one can understand. But if something takes long and looks below mediocre then there's no logical explanation for it. The service here was not good. The workers converse in their own language and gossip about customers , two nail technicians did my friend's nails and mine and carelessly filed our skin off. They claim that they have experience but they don't , besides filing skin off they also have no respect for customers when it comes to what the customer wants. I wanted a specific design and this "nail technician" kept asking me if I'm for real , they are completely unprofessional and rude , customer satisfaction is impossible to have here. I will not go back. I'd rather spend a lot of money on getting my nails done at Sorbet or Perfect 10 then go there. Read Less
