Got burned while waxing now i have bruises that will take forever to clear that's if they ever will really disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I got considering that I am a regular at perfect 10 , even if it's a first time it's no way to treat a client ,will not be going there again.

I did my nails there and they only lasted 3 days...after one swim they were all gone. Theeeeee worst place I've done my nails at. I was told the manager would call me back, and I'm still waiting.

Ok. I think I must find another Perfect 10 or go back doing my nails at Sorbet. My niece did her nails she wasn't happy and she calls to get details of the lady that did them to complain... Only to be answered by an arrogant lady called Claire the way she answered her I'm definitely never going there ever again. "Im not giving you the name even if you lodge a complaint its not going to help you" Is this how Perfect10 Hatfield talk to their clients? The last time I checked consumers had rights but clearly Perfect10 employees don't know that!
