I recommended young nails to a friend as I've been using them for years and would never go anywhere else. Unfortunately she couldn't go to the Benoni branch but managed to get appointments at Glen Marais. Well her experience has been nothing but aweful. She started off by getting nails that were all different shapes and sizes except for almond which she wanted, the acrylic was so thin you could see through the product. On her 4th appointment she finally got the shape she want...ed and a stunning set done by saskia. On her last appointment which she was looking forward to which was with Robyn ended off terribly. Robyn attended to her 30 min after her appointment was supposed to be and then refuses to do what she wanted done or try and help in anyway.
