Super unimpressed and unhappy! I had a Gelish application and manicure done at the Cresta branch and two days later the colour had chipped off. I know many women have problems with Gelish sliding off their nails or not lasting but I have never had a problem with Gelish. I then went back and showed the ladies, and the manager said that they would redo it for me. 3 hours later I walked out, hoping that it would last this time. Thank you Dream Nails Cresta. My 13 year old daughter is a nail art fundi and she was absolutely impressed and happy with her Wonder woman nail art done by Eve. When we got there, they were fully booked and we scheduled a later time, when we got there we were helped on time as scheduled. Service was professional and staff were friendly. I made a booking at dream nails in Cresta for 1:30. When arriving on time I was told to wait as the nail technician was still busy with a client, which I totally understand. After 10 minutes of waiting I asked one of the ladies how long it was going to be until I can be helped, she advised me to ask the nail technician. When i asked the nail technician she said that it was still going to be another 10 minutes, I replied and thanked her. She and her client at that time then pr...oceeded to mock me, by imitating my question to each other. I wish I had never over heard this as I am truly disgusted. As a loyal client of dream nails at clearwater mall I expected the same excellent service at the Cresta branch. I feel one of the ladies could hve kept me informed regarding the waiting time instead of just telling me to sit down and wait. Absolutely rubbish!!! I got my nails done there for the first time and I hate them. When I went there to book my appointment they told me it was going to be R520 the next day I went they did my nails and I had to pay R620 the nails are so things that I have 3 broken nails after 5days. They are all different shapes and to mend them back I still had to pay R30 for each broken nail!!
