Got extremely bad service from them today. I made a appointment to come and see Vuzi. Came all the way just to find out they booked me fot the wrong day if this is how a first time is going to be I don't even want to go back. I've heard from people who work in the mall that this place has always given bad service over the years

Was the only place who was available to help me on short notice, so I thought let me try them instead of waiting for an opening at Sorbet. I am so disappointed with the products they used on my nails ...
Was the only place who was available to help me on short notice, so I thought let me try them instead of waiting for an opening at Sorbet. I am so disappointed with the products they used on my nails because I did it the Friday and now (Tuesday), the acrylic are already coming off. Won't recommend them because of the products they use. The staff is very friendly and that's about it. They are very expensive as well.
Next time ill rather wait for Sorbet, where its a bit cheaper, the products are top quality and it lasts 3 weeks and not just 5 days.

Was the only place who was available to help me on short notice, so I thought let me try them instead of waiting for an opening at Sorbet.
