Yesterday my mum went and had her eyebrows waxed and tinted here and the beauty technician (if you can call her that) gave her 2 big bald spots on one of her brows! My mum complained to the manager who lied to her and defended her backyard trained employee! My mum went back to see the manager in person, she did not apologize, or make any attempt to rectify the situation! Did not offer her her money back or even a pencil to fill in the gaps that her eyebrow butcher created! Never ever will we support this business again! The most shocking service ever received! I hope word of mouth and social media does its job and many other people boycot this poor excuse for a beauty salon! Read Less

Went in with my mom and two kids to book two facials, nobody was there to serve us or even looked us!! There's a buzzer as you walk through the door so they knew we were there!! Complained on the wats app group and Monique said she didn't see any problems that day but she'll phone me later to discuss, then I was removed from the group and guess whattttt??? No call from her pathetic!!! Will take my business elsewhere!! Oh and by the way my neighbour had a voucher from her two sons for her birthday and she had her nails done, she said it was the most unfriendliness place she's ever been!!
