Love the place but regret getting my eyebrows threaded and tinted today. Usually get them done by Tiisetso but got them done by Wezi as Tiisetso was on leave. I terribly regret having them done. They'...
Love the place but regret getting my eyebrows threaded and tinted today. Usually get them done by Tiisetso but got them done by Wezi as Tiisetso was on leave. I terribly regret having them done. They're too thin (keep in mind that I'm a person with very thick eyebrows). She didn't ask whether I liked them thick or thin and complaining would've been futile because that wouldn't make my brows glow back any faster

Very relaxing experience. Went for a full-body hot stone massage. Staff is very friendly and experienced. They did a fantastic job. There was a calm and resting environment.

Absolutely love it! Olga is a miracle worker! Relaxing music, cool temperature and elegantly decorated rooms. Staff professional and friendly - I feel amazing and refreshed thanks poshlab

i was there once ...for a back n neck message and it was WONDERFUL the soft calming music playing in da background is so relaxing n u don't want to get up when u done...felt like the lady could go on ...

Pinky does wonders with aroma therapy massage for tired, sore bodies. Posh Lab gives such a proffesional service and goes iut if their way to accommodate you as a client. Cannot wait for another visit...

No pain, all the gain! As a loyal customer in Cape Town, I dreaded having to find a place on such short notice but this place was recommended by the friend I'm visiting. Threading of eyebrows and upper lip was quick and pain free. No flinching at all! Friendly and welcoming staff. I'm not one to complain about less than service but I have to commend these ladies for raising the bar above any minor expectation! Also, so affordable.

They're too thin (keep in mind that I'm a person with very thick eyebrows). No pain, all the gain! As a loyal customer in Cape Town, I dreaded having to find a place on such short notice but this place was recommended by the friend I'm visiting. Threading of eyebrows and upper lip was quick and pain free. No flinching at all! Friendly and welcoming staff. I'm not one to complain about less than service but I have to commend these ladies for raising the bar above any minor expectation! Also, so affordable.
