Besides the therapist being absolutely fantastic... Best massage I've had in ages... The receptionists presume you've been before....I hadn't! I didn't know what the procedure was once I had changed into town and slippers. I wasn't aware there was a side room that offered water... You had to cut the lemon yourself... Whilst waiting and hoping to relax on a lounger overlooking the pool, all one could hear were the loud receptionists , shrieking with laughter and talking very loudly. The garden around the pool was unkept... I know we've in a drought situation but gardens could be tidy. The massage was superb , as was the therapist. I had a shower after and unfortunately there was not a drop of moisturising lotion in the dispenser in the shower. Sadly I would not recommend this wellness spa to my friends. My first experience wasn’t wonderful from Shambala by which the manager contacted me to arrange to come back to make up for it (one thing I appreciate about a manager) we went last night and wow what an amazing experience- was fun, pampering and overall a fantastic experience.
