Good day - i phoned to complain about shocking service my daughter's friend received last Saturday morning 2/12 when i took them to have gel nails done. The receptionist took my name + number + said the manageress wld be back on Tuesday + wld definitely phone me. I am still waiting for your call . . . the poor girls cuticles were bleeding + sore from excessive filing . . glue was then painted on to "stop the bleeding" . . and the 2x tips that were put on have fallen off within a week . . . absolutely shocking!!! I do hope that the lady in question will be receiving some much needed training. This was the girl's 1st experience of having gel nails done . . if she ever has the courage to have it done again it will certainly not be at Flash!!!! Read Less

My mom recently visited from Plettenberg bay and she asked me to please pass on a message She has visited another nail salon in el in the past and she said the difference between you and that salon is night and day Your staff are so friendly. Everyone greets. Even when they not personally assisting you , they still go out their way to greet. She thoroughly enjoyed her visits to your salon and said it was some of the highlights of her holiday ... I would have to agree , I love coming to have my nails done at Flash. 3 strikes against Flash salon. 1st visit the lady used the wrong brow tint colour, 2nd visit the same lady was half an hour late. (Lying about the traffic), 3rd visit the gel nails lasted less than 5 days and we are told(a month later) we still owe money(after first telling us the girls are getting a group student discount).
