I can’t imagine how this place has gotten 5 star reviews. I have been here twice hoping my first experience was a one off as the manicurist was training. The first experience she was incredibly slow, shaped my nails incorrectly and made me bleed in two places. I came again I’m not sure why and tried again. This time I had s more “experienced” manicurist so I tried the powder manicure. Each nail has a slightly different shape. Also I did not get a manicure - there was no trimming or cleaning around the nail or pushing back of cuticles. When I questioned this I was told this was not done with dipping. I insisted it looked untidy and she did a half hearted attempt at tidy up right at the end. The powder part was done in a rush and there are parts where my nail shows through, there is a clear indent in the polish and it’s clearly crooked around the nail bed. The overall quality of the polish looks like an amateur did it. There was also no follow up with a warm towel or hand massage. All in all will never come back. Even if someone pays me. Pretty average, expensive for what it is. Pedicure left cuticles ragged and polish smudged. The colour of polish I got was much weaker than the previous times I’ve used it so I suspect it had thinned it down with polish remover as the bottle was about 1/3 full. Not worth $40. Read Less
