worst haircut experience- i'm still traumatised.
there was a huge language/communication barrier with stylist, which was apparent from the beginning. I had already prepaid, however, via a grabone coupon, so I decided to go through with it, and hope for the best.
after the troubled initial consultant, the only other stylist in the shop offered to help if it was needed, but all he did the entire time was glance over like he was watching a trainwreck happen.
halfway through, I asked my stylist to adjust the length by another 1-2cm, at which point he argued with me, saying "it was exactly as long as I had asked for". I've never had someone refuse to correct the length before! I was obviously not satisfied when I left, but again, the two stylists had no professionalism whatsoever.
the surprising thing was- I was happy with the technique the stylist used (although he styled it with large curls from the 70s/80s- where did that come from?), and find someone who uses it very rarely. If the customer service hadn't been so appalling (surprising given the prime location and price), I would've returned for the technique. Read Less
