Gave going here a second thought after reading reviews but glad I went. They squeezed me in as a walk-in and were polite, and meticulous with attention to detail. I would give this 4 1/2 stars if I could, since the only downfall was the service at payment time - this lady (different to the others who served me) didn't respond to any of my comments including goodbye. Could be the limited English?

One star is too generous. Booked a pedicure which consisted of being left for 10 mins with my feet soaking then a 2 minute floppy soft scrub and nail clip.No scrubbing my nails , no cleaning under my ...
One star is too generous. Booked a pedicure which consisted of being left for 10 mins with my feet soaking then a 2 minute floppy soft scrub and nail clip.No scrubbing my nails , no cleaning under my nails , no attention to my cuticles or dead skin! Then she started painting my nails without proper nail prep. The young girl was clearly not interested in doing any measure of a decent job. After 2 nails the therapist ( not really the befitting title) said the colour was finished and could I pick again! At that point I gave up and went home to do my own pedicure. Truely shameful service!! Will never return!
Also all the nail polishes on display were all old and crusty!

Avoid at all costs we were told to come back 3 times and each time they had taken in walkins we waited over an hour The manager couldn't be bothered removing her face mask at at all hard to understand...
Avoid at all costs we were told to come back 3 times and each time they had taken in walkins we waited over an hour The manager couldn't be bothered removing her face mask at at all hard to understand also really rude talking in Vietmanese or Cambodian loudly . An elderly woman quite upset not dealt with care or sensitivity not going back . Nail bar not cleaned between customers dirty!!

One star is too generous.
