Just terrible. I just came from there after getting a pedicure. The ladies were rude about our feet . Is there a rating lower than 1? I have had awful and rude customer service every single time. DO NOT GO HERE. You can book an appointment weeks in advance and your appointment will still be delayed. You cannot book 2 people in at the same time however early you book. Don't bother with The Grabeone voucher, they will treat you even worse than usual. The most ridiculous service ever. Read Less

Crappy service and a bad job. All I wanted was my gel polish removed (ten min job). They did it incorrectly by scratching it off using an acrylic nails machine instead of the proper way which is to use acetone and soak it off. The lady who did it went ridiculously fast and didn’t actually get the gel off properly. So I still have crappy bits of gel stuck all over my nails! To add insult to injury they charged $20 when the usual price at other places is $10. And they literally did the worst job I’ve ever seen. I wish I could give zero stars. Don’t go to this place! This was my first time getting my nails done here. The nail job looked nice but could've been better. It had only been 2-4 days and my nails were almost all chipped off. While the lady was doing my nails , another lady kept coming over to show her stuff on her phone . Also the lady left my nails drying for at least 5-7 minutes. They don't talk that much besides from asking what you want. If you want to get your nails done at a GREAT place go to the proffesionails in the city. Much better service , they don't rush it and they even massage your hand and give you a proper manicure. Read Less

I love Bridget, she is the only person who does my hair exactly like I want and love. I leave there after just a wash and a cut feeling like a new woman with gorgeous, light, sexy hair again. As a single mom to a toddler, I don't have time or money to get my hair done often. Usually I get it done when im at my wits end and hate looking at it anymore, or its getting to damn heavy. I have my daughter's baptism this afternoon and was very nervous trying a new stylist to blow dry my hair out. First off, it's super convenient they are open on Sundays. Secondly, I received an amazing blow dry by Vanessa. My hair is curly and I'm very particular about how it's blown out straight. She did an awesome job for my first time seeing her and not being familiar with my hair. I usually leave hair salons dissatisfied, and with frizzy hair. LOVE my blow out and Vanessa!! Bring back the Cutex girls. Bad experience on two separate occasions. During my pedicure the girl pulled off half a nail and had a good go at the rest of it. I thought owh but will give them the benefit of a doubt. Had a gel manicure the next day, could my filed better myself and then she tried to cut away scar tissue beneath my little finger! 4 seasons were better but Cutex the best. Read Less

The salon itself was fine but not super impressed with my haircut. Stay away from Sam if you have straight hair. When I questioned why both sides looked different, the answer was because my hair is straight. She tried several times to even both sides and finally someone else came over and said it's just my hair, because it's straight. Now I'm supposed to go back within a week to have someone else fix it if I still think both sides look different (like it might be my imagination.) Had a trainee girl do my nails, which normally I wouldn't mind if I had been told first, it took her an hour and a half and then she had to get someone else to finish them off, and they are all crooked, very poor service no communication and I was charged full price, no apology for it taking so long to do, the polish looked like I had done it myself and when trying to shape the tips to my fingers I had the skin under and on the sides of my nails cut into several times, my fingers where very sore the next day from them being too rough and rushing because the store was closing soon. I will not be back and anyone thinking of having their nails done here I would strongly recommend you go elsewhere. Read Less

Terrible service at this place, went to a 4.30pm appt they were all half asleep, the nails were done badly and then close to 5.30pm they start vacuuming around you, no one speaks english and they cut your skin when doing cuticles making them bleed!!!! Worst mani pedi ever.  Tools were filthy and when I asked them to clean with alcohol they had no idea what I meant.  (Meaning they not only don't clean between clients, they NEVER clean them!)  No filing (one swipe each nail but I didn't push it as emery board was so disgusting), no base coat, sloppy polish - every nail was smudged or bubbled, and gloppy cheap topcoat applied unevenly.  Even their aprons were dirty and I'll consider myself lucky if I don't get a skin fungus.  Also while most nail salons will have a smell, this was the worst ever, I had a headache in minutes, zero ventilation.   Needless to say way overpriced as well.  You can do a better job yourself in front of the TV - with your eyes closed!  Never again.
