Was so disappointed with my last lot of nails I am now looking else where. Been coming here for 8 months and if there was an issue you always made it right. I had
a booking and was kept waiting for more than 20 minutes. The service carried out was disgusting. The lady couldn't care less and when I showed her the issues I got told that is how it is.

i've booked in for eyebrow threading. when i went in and the lady started, ive noticed quige quickly that she put wax on my eyebrow, which ive asked her to remove asap as i am allergic to wax, hence b...
i've booked in for eyebrow threading. when i went in and the lady started, ive noticed quige quickly that she put wax on my eyebrow, which ive asked her to remove asap as i am allergic to wax, hence booking threading. she didnt seem to be in a rush to remove it, which left me with an eyebrow infection for 2 weeks. Just to mention - when i asked her why she didnt do the threading as asked and booked for, she said the lady who does it hasnt arrived yet and will be probably an hour late....so rather than telling me she would do a different treatment.

Eyelashes extensions well done.....I have been to 2 different Boutiques.......and this one takes the cake. While 3 weeks later had the Russian refills......it was all good cost $60.

I have amazing feedback from my first visit at your store today which I had my eyelash extentions done! I work in the mall aswell 🙂 and I've had my eyelashes done so many places and they just haven't been right for me! But the ones she did today were amazing and I can't wait to come back for more!! 💕She was so nice and she was very gentle her name was Helen so Thank you so much I am one happy customer and can't wait for my next visit🌺

Got acrylic nails put on, 3 days later they were falling off and chipping by themselves when they are meant to last at least 2 weeks. I picked up a bag and one fell off that’s how weak they were. Paid...
Got acrylic nails put on, 3 days later they were falling off and chipping by themselves when they are meant to last at least 2 weeks. I picked up a bag and one fell off that’s how weak they were. Paid $55 so you would expect to be getting good quality nails. Not impressed
