Everything went fine except for her suggesting she wax my cheeks?? I said no when asked me did I want it done , she did it anyway . they the staff need to listen to their customers if they want better...
Everything went fine except for her suggesting she wax my cheeks?? I said no when asked me did I want it done , she did it anyway . they the staff need to listen to their customers if they want better ratings and reputation . Nice ladies but yeah do listen to your customers as if you dont that'll impact your reputation.

i am dissapointed .left in a rush to pick up my son .my one day a year outting and i got my nails done .they were not up to my satisfactory ,gaps and looked like a rushed job .paying extra to get them...
i am dissapointed .left in a rush to pick up my son .my one day a year outting and i got my nails done .they were not up to my satisfactory ,gaps and looked like a rushed job .paying extra to get them painted and it looks like crap .i will not be recommending this nail place.

Came in off the street and got a nail appointment within 20 minutes. No music or tv playing so there was slightly awkward silence amongst 3 clients and 1 staff member. No ambience. Had my acrylic nail...
Came in off the street and got a nail appointment within 20 minutes. No music or tv playing so there was slightly awkward silence amongst 3 clients and 1 staff member. No ambience. Had my acrylic nails backfilled, no conversation at all with the technician. Had them done twice in Tauranga where there is lively conversation and the TV running with Americas got Talent or X Factor and the table and equipment are kept very clean and tidy. This place table was covered with dust and equipment looked dirty too. It was average and adequate, and the finish on my nails looks rough. They're bumpy and look fake. Would go elsewhere next time.
