Loved my lash technician an lashes but my eyes stung so bad during session and the next day my eyes were so irritated, itchy and left like lashes were in my eyes. Thankfully I had some advice from you's and I brought some inflammatory tablets and eye drops but sadly it didn't help. So I left a message an did call twice for help to remove them but I had no reply and no answer so I used coconut oil to take some lashes out then my eyes were good and not irritated once I removed quiet a lot of lashes but I still had many lashes left and it didn't effect the look but I was wanting them removed properly but I had no reply to my calls&message. I must say, for manicures they usually do a great job. My problem is time management. I think they take way too many walk ins at the peril of people who book appointments. I like to make an appointment because I don't like to take my chances with just walking in. I made an appointment on Tuesday for Friday at 5pm. I walked in and a couple minutes before 5pm and it was a zoo. There would be no way that they would be able to keep my 5pm appointment and I'd most likely be waiting 45 minutes to an hour for service. They advised me they were a few minutes behind. A "few" minutes my foot. They have done that to me before and I ended up waiting 45 minutes to an hour. I will not be going back because of the disrespect they show me for the value of my time. Great customer service from the receptionist and the therapist. Therapist made me feel comfortable and was always asking if i was warm and confortable. As i was having a wax treatment, my therapist would contiually ask if I was OK and how the temperature of the wax was. Also need to add, at one appointment my therapist was running a wee bit late, which I was informed of after only a couple of minutes waiting. Then when it was close to 10 minutes waiting, I was offered another therapist. Which I thought was fantastic, as I've never been offered another therapist, just to reschedule the appointment. I wouldnt recommend getting lashes done from this place, the lash technition was shit, no conversation other then me initiating it, she had freezing cold hand as she started doing my lashes n didnt evn try warm them up,the bed was hard and very uncomfortable,im sure it took close to 3hours for her to do a so called "fullset" and the end result was 🖓,doesnt look like it was a fullset at all and i knw as i regularly had my lashes done every month until my lash technition moved... to auzzie,iv waited just over a week to write my review as i wanted to see how the lashes were holding/looked and alot of them one eye have come off,the otherside is just hanging in there...and thats only after just over a week! Friendly staff however there were bubbles in one nail and I had burns on both eyelids and brows. I contacted the company and sent photos at their request. I asked for a refund and they offered to re-do or refund my manicure, refund the eyebrow trio, and give me a tube of manuka gel to help heal the burns but required me to sign a waiver. Came here because everyone i talked to liked them but was not happy with their work. Asked for a flower design on my toes and the flower is completely smudged. Got bio gel done and i had literally every girl working there do my nails at some point.. nails are super uneven, bubbled and just poorly done. On top of that, i even called ahead to make an appointment, yet i was there for over 3 hours because of poor service.Definitely will not be back here:( Read Less

I highly reccomend beautified,would like to thank Miho for my perfect nails and toes everytime she is very professional and has a great eye for perfection and great care for your nails I use to pay same price for in the malls to get nails done and end up with sore fingers due to too much fileing and dread getting them taken off cause it hurt when they try flick them off and damage your nails in the process so for that im so grateful for the service beautified offers much more comfortable and pain free plus im on my own natural nail nail with acrilic on top to keep stong :) Miho also does great eyelash extensions. I would like to thank Sophia she does the best eyebrow shapes n tints then anyone ive been too and as I found today a great massage and mini facial (what a treat). Looking forward to my next visits .
