Went to Chartwell, Unprofessionail should be the name. The guy made two of my fingers bleed, left gunk on my finger, was rude and curt when telling me what to do and didn't even show me where the basin was to wash my hands at the end. I will never go back and waste my money on this crowd. Give them a miss and find someone who cares about their customers.

The person who did my nails was on their phone for most of the time. My nails were not filed properly, the acrylic is all over my hands and fingers, the nail polish is smeared because the top coat was...
The person who did my nails was on their phone for most of the time. My nails were not filed properly, the acrylic is all over my hands and fingers, the nail polish is smeared because the top coat was lathered on and then left as it was. On top of that he was very rude and short. I’m not ungrateful but when you pay for a service you expect it. So unprofessional it was a joke. Not happy

I went to the one in centre place with a couple of mates and was very disappointed as it was my first time ever getting my nails done. I watch a lot of YouTube tutorials on how to do acrylic nails and I probably would of done a better job to be honest, plus they're not very hygienic which is a big problem for me! And I don't even think the lady knew what she was doing 😒 Would not recommend at all !!

Had acrylic nails put on for the first time and while I was happy-ish with how they turned out, the 'customer service' was appalling, zero communication apart from rude comments. Lady who did my nails...
Had acrylic nails put on for the first time and while I was happy-ish with how they turned out, the 'customer service' was appalling, zero communication apart from rude comments. Lady who did my nails was very rough and left the ends of my fingers grazed from the nail file which was very painful but complained that I wouldn't relax my hands.. go figure. Very unprofessional and an overall a very unpleasant experience, would not recommend ☹️

Please do not waste your money. Not professionail enough! Do not go there especially if it is yours or someone you knows first time nail experience. pay the extra to go elsewhere because its so much more worth it. I recommend Neon Beauty in Hamilton East. Been there a few times excellent service

Will never go back. Took my niece to get her nails painted was thinking about getting my nails back filled but after that experience they don't deserve my money. No customer service at all. They made her wait 25 mins in a chair then barked at her when she moved a little bit when he was doing her nails. They were rude and it seemed like we were a nuisance. If i hadn't already paid I would have walked out.

Horrible, they wouldn't clip my toenails shorter then they were,
they were in a hurry, talked in there language then started laughing. Then we were supposed to do a gel toenails but didn't get that....

Went to Chartwell, Unprofessionail should be the name. The guy made two of my fingers bleed, left gunk on my finger, was rude and curt when telling me what to do and didn't even show me where the basin was to wash my hands at the end. I will never go back and waste my money on this crowd. Give them a miss and find someone who cares about their customers.

I went to the one in centre place with a couple of mates and was very disappointed as it was my first time ever getting my nails done. Will never go back. Took my niece to get her nails painted was thinking about getting my nails back filled but after that experience they don't deserve my money. No customer service at all.
