Just had my first visit to Urban Beauty Spa and the moment i walked in i knew it was the place for me to experience my time there for my treatments. I totally recommend this beautiful place to go and relax and get pampered. I got the eye package and the gorgeous Alex made my time there worth the money and made a stunning job on my eyes. Great energy and soft vibe!

I am a visitor from the UK who was recently in New Zealand for 2 months visiting my family. I have regular Gelish manicures at home and wanted to carry this on while I was overseas. I saw Michelle's salon on Facebook and contacted her. She soon replied and I arranged 2 appointments for manicures. I was delighted with the results! Michelle made a great job of my nails and was very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to go back to the Urban Beauty Spa if I was in New Plymouth again. Anyone looking for a gorgeous pamper for their nails need look no further - thanks again Michelle (and Holly too!). Sorry it took so long but I am still getting over the holiday!

The girls are both absolutely lovely, knowledgeable very skilled and gentle with their treatment techniques.
The location is great and the setting is beautiful and cozy!

Urban Beauty Spa is a tranquil and elegant inner city Spa. I look forward to my visits here every few weeks. From waxing to Massages Michelle and Holy will provide you with an amazing experience when you visit them. They are both friendly welcoming and professional. They will do there best to fit you in when it works for you and provide you with the best service in town. The treatments I get are always of top quality and I always leave happy and satisfied looking forward to visiting them again. They also have regular specials running for an extra special treat. I highly recommend Urban Beauty Spa to everyone.
