A Huge thank you for fixing my "munted" knot tying fingernail (& cleaning up the mess I made with SuperGlue). It works great, black bits gone so what was a mess now you can't tell I bashed it (& lost parts of the nail). Also love the Gehwol salve its totally saving my fingertips. Guys if you do stuff that is hard on your fingers, these ladies will repair you.

I am in awe of my nails, they are so funky , I try so hard to find nail techs who can do fabulous nail art when I have to travel and need an infill..and these guys rock and worth every cent . definite...

On holiday and needed an acrylic back fill on my nails. My current one had lasted well for 5 weeks with just one nail lifted. Got a backfill done with this salon, (for double the price I pay at home),...
On holiday and needed an acrylic back fill on my nails. My current one had lasted well for 5 weeks with just one nail lifted. Got a backfill done with this salon, (for double the price I pay at home), looked OK but 1 nail chipped next day and 4 more within the next week. As I was travelling, I was unable to return in person to complain but emailed with no response. Not happy with the quality or price of the service

Disappointing - the technician hurt my cuticles and they have cuts & within 24 hours all of my nails had cracks and lines through them. The nail polish isn’t good quality they don’t use OPI or any qua...
Disappointing - the technician hurt my cuticles and they have cuts & within 24 hours all of my nails had cracks and lines through them. The nail polish isn’t good quality they don’t use OPI or any quality brands & the colours cane straight out of the 1970’s. Staff were friendly but overall bad experience and waste of money.

Was a given a Voucher by two of my girlfriends. Had my nails and toes done yesterday. First visit ever. Lydia did an amazing job. She was very professional and explained to me the reason I had a fault in my thumb nail. Left feeling great and my nails and toes look amazing. Definitely will be back next time I’m in Queenstown.

Gel nails have already chipped and cracked. On closer inspection in natural light polish was very blotchy and not consistent. I should hope that they would have lasted longer than 2 days. Rather dissa...

The lady had long nails, just felt like she was stabbing me the whole time. Also no customer service skills, not once asked if the massage was fine. And there was no pressure what so ever. Would not r...

This was the most expensive place I'd ever been for Gel nails but I didn't mind paying more as long as they were of quality.
Unfortunately that very day I had them done, one nail chipped off and in the following two days all of my nails had crack lines through them.
Very disappointed and as I was only visiting I cannot go back and ask for a re-do

I got 2 week infill eyelash extensions (silk). They are absolutely terrible. There are clumps of glue halfway down the lashes, multiple lashes all stuck together and the fullness of the lashes looks n...
I got 2 week infill eyelash extensions (silk). They are absolutely terrible. There are clumps of glue halfway down the lashes, multiple lashes all stuck together and the fullness of the lashes looks no different to before. My eyes also got glued together as the pads were not properly applied to separate top and bottom lashes. I am worried about my natural lashes and the damage these are going to cause to them. I paid $50 for them (I refused to pay $60) and upon proper inspection I have overpaid massively.

Very dissappointed. My girfriend had shellac nails, a few days later they have started chipping and the colour has faded.

There are clumps of glue halfway down the lashes, multiple lashes all stuck together and the fullness of the lashes looks no different to before.
