My friend and I booked an appointment for a Pedi Spa, I double checked with them when making the appointment that it included, scrubbing and cleaning of the feet + pedicure and was advised..yes. This is incorrect there were 2 staff working and 4 clients. Foot scrub consisted of a 10 second brush in the same place on each foot, no pedicure then 1 lady to work on both my friend and I - all this cost $40 what a waste of money. Went in with my daughter on the 23rd Dec, we had booked the appointment a few days earlier. Considering it was so close to xmas there were only 3 people working so they had to juggle all the customers coming into the shop. My daughter and I both felt that our appointments were rushed due to constant walk ins. The overall job on my nails was not at all good, my thumb nail looked like I already had 3 weeks growth and as of today 2 weeks later one of the acrylics has already lifted and others has chipped. After paying £50 for this service I would not recommend. Read Less
