I want to give them more than 5 stars! I went for a bio gel fill, and it was my first time there. Apparently, my previous nail tech did a botched job, and Monica advised me as to what was wrong. She took an abundant amount of time to fix the job, address all my issues, and give me the best looking set of nails I've ever had. She advised me of what we can do on my next visit to make them look even better (is that even possible?). She was pickier than even I am, and her level of detail and skill was amazing. I’ve been with this nails salon about 10 months. I always get Bio Gel here. The thing i know about this place is the girl who did my nails never cut my hand. I always get from the other place. She is taking her time to do my nails which I think its hard to find because everywhere i’ve been they alway rush it Beside all the technicians are friendly, younge hard working. I always happy with the color they help me to choose. They have all the best color. Even the discontinue color. Ps. My first time try out this place. This place has been recommended by my friends. Their job is perfect. It's actually one of the best shellac manicure and pedicure I've had. They have huge collection of the colour, staffs know all the colour. They are really helpful, friendly and easy to talk with. I highly recommend this place to my friend and family. I was just here last week made an appointment in the morning,when I got there I was greeted with very polite staff and was offered bottled water,most salons don't even do that. I was seated immediately even though I was 15 mins early for my appointment had a biogel done and I have to say they did a VERY excellent job, I was recommended by one of my friends as she has been here many times and honestly after my first visit it won't be my last, I'll definitely come back!Read Less

i have been visiting Ten Salon for 6 years to get my acrylic nails done on a regular basis. the girls are fabulous, so quick and friendly, and my nails always look great, sometimes last 4 weeks between backfills. Highly reccommended Read Less

I am currently traveling NZ and whilst in Napier today I had a spa pedicure done, with a French Polish finish. The service is very personable and friendly.
