I had my nails done. This was the 1st time I had come as a customer, at this, salon. The lady who gave me my manicure, provided a great service. I was, so happy! She paid attention to detail and was very friendly towards me. The next time me and my husband visited, was 2 days later for an hr massage each. My massage was cut short to half an hr! Apparently I was disrespectful. I had asked for a smile from the lady as she looked unhappy. I also had mentioned that I had, a mall massage once before. But said, it massages like a robot and I said that, she was much better! The light was then, switched on. She said she was only doing half an hr and that I had been disrespectful towards her. I was shocked and stunned as my husband was waiting for his hr massage. Which was also cancelled! We were visiting on the long weekend. And thought we would see, but support the salon, as we knew the proprietor. Spend time there, as it was a good way to fill our time, enjoy, but most of all, relax! Instead we were asked to leave and not to get in touch or make contact every again! Due to our experience. I will never get a massage again, at a salon. Guess, I will stick to the mall, massaging chairs! Although they don't smile. They give a better, massage, customer service. Read Less

I went in on short notice to see if they could give me a 1hr massage. Nuzia took me almost straight away. I have had massages all over the world and this was one of the best! Will definitely come again. Excellent customer service and decently priced. Thanks. Read Less
