They Turn up 15minutes late for my appointment first of the day suppose to open at 9 they stroll up rd at 9.15 to open no apology just told to sit there pointing to chair did great job of nails but staff attitude made it an uncomfortable experience will never go there again

Went for a manicure with shellac. $45 and I'm not impressed. She spent longer painting my nails than doing manicure. And it looks like I need a backfill already. Not happy at all. Won't use them again

Booked 4 girls in for a bit of birthday pampering - the two ladies there were very nice and friendly and looked after them amazingly. Very impressed! .. Did a great job at a reasonable price too.

Went into Napier today and both ladies were absolutely amazing. I am a nail biter and they were amazing and not judgemental against it! Will definetly be back! Thank you!

Lovely ladies!! Took my 3 month with me one day and when she got cranky and needed a bottle one of them gave it to her and then rocked her pram until she fell asleep. Will definitely be going back!

Great services and very friendly staff. I felt so good sitting in a brand new shop, nice and clean. I got my Shellac Manicure and Eyelashes done, was awesome Anna did them very well, plus I got special price for the grand opening week, but original price is pretty cheap too. Absolutely coming back
