Probably will not be going back. Ladies in the shop were really nice and made a good effort to make conversation with me considering English was not their first language. I really appreciated that. The job of the nails themselves wasn't great, and probably not worth what I spent to have done. While waiting for my nails to dry, the door to the street was left open which meant that the whole shop was absolutely freezing. I can see a lot of potential in this shop, however the staff are not competent of running it to its full potential. A few small changes would work wonders for this shop! Read Less

Horrible. Cut off my bottom eyelashes. Didn't offer to fix them or anything. Only been one week and my lashes are already falling out more so In one eye than the other. Would not recommend going to this place. Unhappy customer. Read Less

I went into Bliss to get a spa pedicure and the ladies were all so lovely, I had to wait a little bit for my turn but it was fine. The chairs are so comfortable and the massage chair while getting my pedicure was lovely! Highly recommend! Will be coming back, great place to take some time and relax Read Less

This was the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. So terribly mismanaged, they don't honour appointment times and they literally painted the shellac all over my skin and underneath my nails. It has been 4 days now and all nails are chipping and the shine is totally gone. Three people did my nails, alternating at weird times, and offered colours they didn't have, no conversation and the shittiest manicure I have ever had. At best it would be considered a polish change everywhere else. They also commented saying the place I went before "used shellac from china that is cheap because it's too strong" ... I will be going back to the "cheap shellac" place to fix this and get shellac that actually lasts and stays shiny!! Read Less

I do not recommend this salon at all. The service is absolutely terrible and they do not care if you have an appointment! They are always late and they will continuously say they are "almost done" - DO NOT BELIEVE THEM! They will keep you waiting for 30 minutes and no one will come up to you to let you know this. If you go on off hours ie. not weekends and not week nights, you'll probably be fine. The staff do not care about your time at all!! Read Less
