Three strikes. The first time I visited, I brought my four year old daughter with me to do mani/pedis together. First, the woman exploded the pedicure water ALL over me and then, once I was settled in and freezing cold, they brought my FOUR YEAR OLD daughter to do her manicure while I was in the other room. So, essentially our mother/daughter time was in separate rooms while I froze to death in the chair. They gave me a couple of towels to dry off and that’s it! The next tim...e I came, I got a gel manicure that was so thick that it looked ridiculous. The last time we came, today, I only came because Kristys was closed due to a water issue. My daughter and I came back for pedicures before our Disney Cruise. It was the worst pedicure I have ever had. All over the place and messy. Also, Everyone in the place refused to do a simple Mickey Mouse on our big toe. It’s three circles! I don’t understand how they can do flowers and such but not three circles for Mickey Mouse. Needless to say, we will not return. Kristys will be getting our business all the time from now on. Went in for acrylic nails believing they use only liquid and powder, but they did in fact use glue-on plastic tips which wreck your nails. The nail job it self was poorly done and messy, and the selection of colours was average. Extremely over priced. Read Less
