I went in here twice the first time there was exellent service with Hannah. But in my more recent experience I went in here and there was another women working. She did a terrible job only waxing half...
I went in here twice the first time there was exellent service with Hannah. But in my more recent experience I went in here and there was another women working. She did a terrible job only waxing half the area and the area she did do doing a botched job. She was also extremely impolite.

I Just had a Brazilian Wax with Hana and Everything was perfect ! She was right on time, she spoke with me to relax me, and the result is great. The center looks clean and calm. I recommend it !

Hana the new Owner of Riccarton House of beauty is absolutely wonderful and i wouldn't hesitate to proudly promote her business. I have been going to Hana for awhile now for several different services...
Hana the new Owner of Riccarton House of beauty is absolutely wonderful and i wouldn't hesitate to proudly promote her business. I have been going to Hana for awhile now for several different services and by far i wont be going anywhere else.
Always welcomed and always feel like i am well looked after.

Results: Not so great. I ended up pulling my eyelash extensions out because they looked so bad. Instead of using individual extensions, it seems like I was given the eyelash flares so they would go crooked all of the time. The base where they were applied was also extremely obvious... they just looked fake. The glue was applied so generously that you could see it, and blinking, closing my eyes, and even sleeping was painful. I was doing a lot of swimming while I had them, so every time I would surface and brush the water from my eyes, I would wince in pain. I even went back to have some of the glue cleaned up the day after application, but not much was done. My fault for not doing research.

Horrible ! We made a booking for my aunt that was here on holiday and the lady even said she was double checking that she's got the booking right. When we arrived they told us there was no booking eve...
Horrible ! We made a booking for my aunt that was here on holiday and the lady even said she was double checking that she's got the booking right. When we arrived they told us there was no booking ever made and couldn't give us a refund straight away. I find that very bad service. I will not go back and make sure all my girlfriends know about it.
