Everyone at Salon Herdis is always professional & polite. The number of compliments I get after a cut & color by the masterful Alex Paulsen is amazing! The warm touches of being offered water or tea by the stylists in training with him make it a special experience the moment I walk in the door. On a recommendation from a friend, the last time I got my hair cut I came her and was pretty happy. This time I wanted to possibly try something different, and rather than try to explain it over the phone, I sent an email with a link to what I was looking to have done. I went through the Salon Herdis website, under contact info to ask my question, as well as replying to an email sent to me about their current fall special. The website stated that it could take up to 48 hours before I receive an answer, which I'm ok with. However, about a week later and still no response. Very disappointed and feel that not responding to inquiries is bad business practice. I would prefer to rate no star, but in order to post this I have to give at least one. Read Less
