Have been coming for about a year. Purbima who now is in E Longmeadow hooked me with her detailed explanations of everything. Since then, I’ve gotten waxes from Elena and Rocio—they’re both awesome. Got brows waxed by both Elena and for the first time today, Amanda! Every tech who I worked with has been excellent at their job and a total professional. This is the best service in the area, and so affordable. Plus, the company goes out of their way to bring in types of products that customers request. They really care about how their customers feel and what they want, and it makes all the difference.

I had an amazing balancing facial with Rocio today. It was 40 minutes of pure bliss that left me feeling like I had been on a mini vacation. <3 I've never had anything but five star service here.

Have been coming for about a year. Purbima who now is in E Longmeadow hooked me with her detailed explanations of everything. Since then, I’ve gotten waxes from Elena and Rocio—they’re both awesome. Got brows waxed by both Elena and for the first time today, Amanda! Every tech who I worked with has been excellent at their job and a total professional. This is the best service in the area, and so affordable. Plus, the company goes out of their way to bring in types of products that customers request.
