Absolutely deplorable these people moved to Damon rd in Northampton do not go here don’t waste your good hard earned money the man did not care and rushed thru my nails I had to go home and file down ...
Absolutely deplorable these people moved to Damon rd in Northampton do not go here don’t waste your good hard earned money the man did not care and rushed thru my nails I had to go home and file down my own nails it was super over priced and def. I usually pay 25 for a set they charged me 35 and did a crappy job I don’t want to even leave a star they are terrible 0 stars!!!!!!

Terrible terrible job! I got a full set from here the first women who did it did not know how to do acrylic ! Then they passed me to another women who sloppy applied the acrylic and my nails were croo...
Terrible terrible job! I got a full set from here the first women who did it did not know how to do acrylic ! Then they passed me to another women who sloppy applied the acrylic and my nails were crooked ! And she refused to make them medium length because she said short nails are better. Now after taking the full set off my natural nails are extremely damaged. Hands down the worst salon I ever been too. Please don't let them touch your hands!

All is can say is wow. "I feel really great as she has released a lot of tension in my back in shoulders from my boxing fitness sessions"
I had originally booked in for a massage as this place was recommended to me through a friend as they have had good results. The beauty therapist was lovely, great and before she started she checked and made sure she was working on the areas I was concerned with, which were my back neck and shoulders . She made sure throughout the massage that I was comfortable as the pain was incredible as I had quite of pain. She also recommended some exercises to help release muscle pain after training sessions. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

when I called in on Wednesday just gone to make an appointment the lady behind the desk could not have been more helpful if she tried - wonderful customer service top marks from me and so attentive to the needs of what I was enquiring about then followed up today by automatic txt reminder for my appointment. it saddens me when people put bad comments on somewhere just because they had one bad experience time to look past the bad experience and make sure the business is well supported and usually I'm fussy on where I go but Accent on NouVeau will get my business from now on...

Absolutely deplorable these people moved to Damon rd in Northampton do not go here don’t waste your good hard earned money the man did not care and rushed thru my nails I had to go home and file down my own nails it was super over priced and def. I usually pay 25 for a set they charged me 35 and did a crappy job I don’t want to even leave a star they are terrible 0 stars!!!!!!

Terrible terrible job! I got a full set from here the first women who did it did not know how to do acrylic ! Then they passed me to another women who sloppy applied the acrylic and my nails were crooked ! And she refused to make them medium length because she said short nails are better. Now after taking the full set off my natural nails are extremely damaged. Hands down the worst salon I ever been too. Please don't let them touch your hands!

I had originally booked in for a massage as this place was recommended to me through a friend as they have had good results. The beauty therapist was lovely, great and before she started she checked and made sure she was working on the areas I was concerned with, which were my back neck and shoulders . She made sure throughout the massage that I was comfortable as the pain was incredible as I had quite of pain. She also recommended some exercises to help release muscle pain after training sessions. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.
