Really happy. Got threading and eyelash tint done on 2 seperate occasions. I felt really comfortable there and im happy with the work done. Very disappointed with the service provided yesterday for my partner. To my knowledge the woman providing the manicure did not follow the correct steps by soaking the nails first; instead, she rushed the service and ended up cutting my partners finger causing it to bleed quite badly. Although they put antiseptic wash on the wound, the woman repeatedly rubbed the cut vigorously with a towel causing it to bleed even more. She then tried to carry on with the manicure cutting aro...und the wound AGAIN but the bleeding was so bad they had to stop. After that one of the male nail technicians tried to help the situation but had no luck. My partner ended up leaving with half buffed nails and a bloody plastered finger. They did try to make amends by charging half price for her pedicure, although she didn't say it at the time; it wasn't the colour she thought it would be. Whether or not this all happened because the woman said she had not had lunch prior or was probably rushing due to the Christmas season (even though only one other person was in there at the time), some changes need to be made and because of the incorrect first aid procedures provided, my partners' finger is now even more susceptible to infection.
