Was a very busy Thursday evening but not too busy to have long overdue catch ups with my hairdresser.

Nothing good to say. So many bad things to say. I should have walked out as soon as I walked in. Over priced for a poor quality cut by a supposed senior stylist. No shampoo, no blow wave, just a poor cut. I had to finish off the front layers she tried to do at the side of my face as the right was longer than the left. She tried to charge me the top rate but I refused so she knocked off $5.00. Manager just said that is their price so my understanding of that is that even if the cut is terrible, you still have to pay for it. Don't even get me started on the hygiene of the combs sitting in a bottle of what says disinfectant, but were not fully covered. Or professionalism; the stylist didn't focus on the job she was doing or the customer she was doing it for but her son who was standing right there having a conversation with her. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Outstanding experience. First time here and found the warm and genuine welcome quite amazing. As an older in age client I found a very respectful and caring environment and the stylist was very professional in her approach. I was delighted with my hair and would highly recommend this salon to the people of Rotorua and beyond. Unfortunately we are from the South Island so a bit far away for a 'regular do' but I hope to return. All the best to this business!

I went to pure bliss today for a cut, I had no idea what I wanted but Ruby and Kelly helped me decide through their consultation and then made sure I left confident with the cut.. I can honestly say it's the first time I have left any hairdresser and been 100% happy with my cut and style. Very very happy Great gals and great services !

Nothing good to say. So many bad things to say. I should have walked out as soon as I walked in. Over priced for a poor quality cut by a supposed senior stylist. No shampoo, no blow wave, just a poor cut. I had to finish off the front layers she tried to do at the side of my face as the right was longer than the left. She tried to charge me the top rate but I refused so she knocked off $5.00. Outstanding experience. First time here and found the warm and genuine welcome quite amazing.
