My bangs have FINALLY grown back after a whole year. They destroyed my hair last February. Absolutely horrible place and I paid a lot of money for very poor results. Won’t recommend this place to anyone. My hair looks amazing now. I had to do a lot to repair the damage they had done.

The best Nail Spa I've been to in North Carolina. I usually make an appointment with Ady, but all the girls are very kind. I recommend any of them. The most important is that they are excellent professionals. I love the place and I love the atmosphere! It is essential once a month! I love VIP Nails !!!

I was very impressed with the quality of work. This is the first time I have used VIP nails. The salon was clean and nicely decorated and comfortable. Cely did my nails and she was professional and very friendly! We had a nice conversation and her work was amazing. I came here a few years ago when the salon was under their previous owners and it wasn't the best service so I stopped coming and switched to another local salon. I went in recently for my mani and pedi and I am so happy with the service I received. I used to get my eyebrows waxed by Cely who is back at this salon after leaving for a little while. I was so happy to see her again because absolutely no one has done a better job! When she left, I tried to find out what spa she h...ad moved to because she is that good. This time, I only got a manicure from her and she did an excellent job with my gel mani. While I got my mani, Camille did my pedicure and it was so relaxing and satisfying! I appreciate that she took her time and gave a quality pedicure. I had gotten the Therapeutic Pedi, and I absolutely loved the citrus scrub. Ady, who is the owner was also super sweet and very accommodating. It was such a pleasant experience! I was the last customer of the day but these 3 ladies treated me with the same enthusiasm as they would probably treat their first customer of the day. I will definitely be returning! Had a hair cut with one of the girls, Cerese :) and had such an amazing experience!! they were super friendly and Cerese listened to exactly what I wanted straight away and checked that I was happy all the way through the hair cut. To top it off I had amazing service from all the girls working they all said hi or gave me a smile and the salon was clean and fresh.

Absolutely awesome place to go...Vicky has been doing my hair for yonks,i moved to Matamata and would travel back to Rotorua to get my hair done,and now I travel from Papamoa...says it all really!! Cool salon with wicked decor,chilled vibe and great staff! Vicky has worked so hard to get to where she is now and has an amazing bunch of girls behind her...I tell everyone about Copperhead! Total 10/10 for service and results!
