I have been going for about six years now. I don't go often but when I do I'm extremely pleased with how friendly and warm they treat their customers. They always offer a drink and I have never had to wait very long at all Jessica and Simon are super fantastic at what they do. I recommend them to all my friends. Was there yesterday near closing time for a pedi and mani and they decided to mop floor and didn't put wet floor signs out, so when I was done drying and I had their flip flops on, it was so slick I came very close to falling! I'm a 69 yr old senior citizen and it really scared me!!! Read Less

The girls are all very friendly and welcoming. The manicure and pedicure were both well done, and I was happy with the quality. 1 week on, no problems with the normal polish nor the gel polish, still look great. A bit pricy, but cannot fault the experience :) Read Less

Save yourself the money and do not go Here! I was in on Sunday with my mother and daughters. My mother and I had gel manicure and regular pedicure and my daughters had nail polish. We waited with our feet in cold water for well over 30 mins. Asked 3 different techs to change our water but they were too busy. Today, just 5 days after getting this done the gel polish is peeling off on its own. After calling to let them know what was going on they told me to come back in for the...m to fix. Why would I go back when I'm not happy with the first service I received. I spent $156.00 just for the service for the 4 of us and that does not include the $12.50 tip for each of the nail techs that performed the service. Not happy at all and I just want my money back. Initially I was very happy with the nails However the girl who did them was very unfriendly Anyway after about a week they started coming off !! And I had to keep glueing them back on myself It's only been about 3 weeks max now and 3 nails had already fallen off and the rest are coming off at the cuticle Worst place in Auckland I'll never go there again and you still pay $60 for the full set The only thing I can't complain about it the shape and how they shaped them. This was our second time there. It was myself and you three teens. Everyone was very nice and they did a great job but unfortunately this was the second time that we were told one price and charged a different price. While we would have gone back before we probably will not now. If your okay with the price issue then they do a great job and if your not okay with that then I would recommend trying a different place. Read Less

Terrible service. They let me sit for 35 minutes (still waiting) after continuously telling me it would only be 5 min. Very rude. I went to this nail spa for several years and was always happy. Clean, did a great job on nails, convenient location. I also recommended several people there, including my best friend, mom, and others, who also went on to become regular customers for numerous years. Things started to change a bit after the owner had a baby and started being a little snappy with the customers, and there was one time I treated my teen to a (full-priced, adult) manicure where they did a children...'s manicure and a crappy one at that, but I overlooked these things because I know how hard it is to be a mom, and people make mistakes. However, when my mom (who, mind you, was a regular customer for several years) came in to get her nail polish removed because she was having a double mastectomy, they not only charged her $10 to remove it, but then proceeded to charge her extra for using a credit card to pay. While I don't begrudge people the right to get paid for their work, this was tasteless and over-the-top (with the extra fee), and I've since taken my business elsewhere. See More Read Less
