I have patronized KV and Jimmy for more than 5 years. I have always found them to be very personable, friendly and considerate. When they moved to the new shop I followed them. The technicians have the same caring personalities. They service you per your request. The prices are commensurate with the service you receive. Their instruments are always clean. Hannah is amazing here. They do waxing, massage facials, nails and tanning. A great atmosphere and the products they use are great as well - holistic and natural products such as janesce.I have been coming here for years for nails and waxing (and sometimes tanning) and always have a great experience. You can book online their website as well so can see the exact the time slots they have available each day. They are open Tuesday - Saturday. This was my second visit to the salon. The first visit was okay so I decided to come back. I had my daughters with me and jimmy proceeded to tell the receptionist as I walked back to get a pedicure that my baby was too loud. Lynne did my pedicure and my sns nails. my pedicure still has not dried all the way and it's three hours later. So needless to say my toes are all messed up. My nails are too short, too fat, and too thick. The color on my toes and hands do not match as I has requested. I definitely will not return as they charge a high price but do not provide the level and quality of service to match. Read Less

Absolutely love this place. We come here all the time for the VIP pedicures. Nice quiet privatew atmosphere. My tech is Trish she is amazing and very friendly. The recommendation I do have is that the receptionist not always say to customers booking a VIP "You know it starts at $60" to customers. It's insulting and rude. I've been going to this nail salon and their first one which was Jimmy & KV, they have always had excellent service and this new location just expanded their services. I tried the VIP room with my youngest daughter & I absolutely loved the experience!! For no more than $10 more it was totally private and a breath taking atmosphere, I can't wait to treat myself to the full body massage but I will only get my hands and feet done here no more trying other nail salons this is my absolute favorite place for a girl treat day. I have been going to V Spa for about 6 months now, and have to say, as others have, it is the best in Waldorf! Between the free beverages (try the Green Tea Latte ) the massage chairs and the outstanding nail techs, it really is a top notch nail salon!!! Lee is my nail tech and loved his work from day 1!!!
