Very disappointed that the new packaging for your sportsbloc body and face products comes off into tiny fragments after a few weeks of use, ending up on fingers, then face and body. Tiny bits of paint that should not be going into the skin. I’ve been a regular user & fan of the sunblock but have had to stop using it as it’s happened every time after several purchases. Such a waste of money and product - who wants toxic paint and packaging on their skin? I’ve been into two Ella Bache stores - staff said they’d pass it on to head office but I’ve heard nothing since disappointing as I’d been a regular customer for this product but won’t buy it again. I am very happy with my local Elle Bache. I have always been aware there gift vouchers are only redeemable there. Although many clients seem to have been stung perhaps they need to change this and coordinate vouchers for all salons. I have had to cancel appts a lot In The last year. They are always so lovely and obliging when I do. If vouchers have run past or are likely to their use by date for whatever reason they are very understanding and will extend them to allow them to be used. Love the girls st my local Salon. Warning ladies. With Christmas on our doorstep you may be tempted to buy gift vouchers as presents for your loved ones. Make sure you read the expiry date. Apparently Ella Bache will not honour vouchers 28 days after the expiry of only 6 months. Dont be fooled into thinking that you have 12 months like every other company. I received two Gift Vouchers for Ella Bache Crows Nest. The first voucher was used for a 1 hr 15 minute facial, however it only lasted 45 mins. I was less than satisfied with the result. A facial was booked for the second voucher that was subsequently voided as I did not make the appt because I got the date wrong. Admittedly it was my fault, however I was advised a reminder text and phone message were sent. I have no record of either of these on my phone. I am a very dissatisfied customer. Read Less

I have been taking my daughter to an Elle Bache in Warwick WA for the last year or so and the staff are always pleasant and professional. My daughter has begun having her legs waxed and with very sensitive skin. Never had a negative thing to say about the team. I would definitely recommend this store. Read Less

Do not ever buy a Ella Bache gift voucher. I was given one for my birthday. After I had my service, they went to process it but said that they would not honour it as the store it was originally purchased at had gone bust (unbeknownst to me). I was left having to pay for the $100 service and felt extremely embarrased. I have tried to contact EB via facebook and email, and they assured me they would refund me however I have not heard anything since. My best friend and i booked tanning appointments 2 days before going on a cruise. We were disappointed as we were guarantee that we would not be orange but yet both of us were. We call the shop and the head office and got no answer. We went into a shop and spoke to the training coordinator of qld and she said we were fine yet the girl behind the counter told us that we were not ok at all and that we should take it further. I went to Ella Bache for a gel manicure.  The therapist was actually very pleasant and competent.  What prompted me to write this review was the owner's behaviour.  When I came to choose my nail polish from the very limited range available a number (including the one I wanted) were missing. It transpired that the owner ( despite knowing I was booked in for a manicure) had taken them home to do her own nails.  She turned up at the end of my appointment and confirmed she had the nail polishes and asked us all to admire how great her nails looked.
