Try to communicate with them I let them know what I want get opposite of what I asked for they will not fix it and make it right and the acrylics literally only lasted 3 days before they started popping off and lifting the worst job I've ever seen the worst experience I've ever had I would never go back there again even if they gave me acrylics for Life for free Read Less

If I could give zero stars I would. First of all calling to make an appointment is a joke. I called to set an appointment for acrylic nails at 4 and didn't get taken back until almost 430. Since there's only a few people who can do it i guess. After that the tech was great and got me to my wedding rehearsal on time. Other than the fact i was severly overcharged! But then two days later one of my nails chipped off. Keep in mind I've has acrylic nails before that never ever chi...pped. I called and explained my situation and the person who answered the phone was clueless and had to call me back. They said I could come get it fixed free of charge. So I went during my lunch break and again had to wait since only a few people can do it. They finally took me back and the lady was awful! Didn't say one word to me the whole time and left me waiting to stuff her face in the back only to come back with a mouth full of food. She was rude when I told her the nail was longer than the ones I had on and she had to clip it. After She was done I found out I owed $3. I didn't fight it just paid and left. I will never be back. And my nails started breaking after one week. They should last at least a month. I went since it's close to my house but I will now drive out of my way to the Greene. Since I began going here, several years ago, the service has kind of gone down. The workers still generally do a good job but too many of them do not talk to the customers at all, just each other which kind of makes you feel like an outsider. The male who did my pedicure and manicure did not say anything at all to me except for barked orders to move my feet one place or another. It used to be a much friendlier place. Read Less

Salon is nice and hours are really handy. However, recently had my finger nails painted with shellac for $55 and was skeptical during the session as polish looked old and brush was wrecked. I however trusted the experienced nail technician. Upon getting home and looking closer, the polish was lumpy and warped. Within the next day it had begun to peel. After making contact with the salon and sending pictures, I was offered a repair but with a small baby and other kids I was not able to come in immediately as they required. I was therefore offered a $10 credit for my next visit. I really don't feel like this is good enough. I have no value out of the nails and now have to go and pay somewhere else to get the shellac removed. The $10 doesn't even cover removal at the Nail Spa. Will not be returning. Read Less
